Business Operations I Strategy Development

As an HR Specialist, you will play a role combining core HR generalist responsibilities with proactive talent acquisition functions. You will manage employee engagement, performance updates, payroll initiation, grievance handling, and compliance while also leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape a high-performing and positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Engagement

• Monitor, update, and support employee performance and engagement initiatives.
• Plan and execute employee rejuvenation activities, team engagements, and internal events.
• Handle employee grievances with a balanced approach and maintain harmony.
• Assist with payroll initiations and budget monitoring for HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with all HR statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of HR policies and employee records.

Talent Acquisition

• Collaborate with leadership and team managers to understand hiring needs and forecast workforce requirements.
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking platforms.
• Conduct standardized candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience including pre-joining discussions and cultural alignment.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.

Culture & Employer Branding

• Actively participate in creating a vibrant organizational culture through creative events and communication.
• Drive internal and external initiatives for employer branding across digital platforms.
• Promote diversity and inclusion across hiring and team development practices.
