What You’ll Do

• Act as a strategic, operational, and tactical HR partner across all levels
• Drive continuous improvement in people practices for your business vertical
• Proactively address employee challenges with innovative solutions
• Partner with senior leaders and HR teams on key HR strategies and plans
• Lead interventions on wellness, diversity, and inclusion
• Strengthen employee relations, resolve conflicts, and build morale
• Collaborate with Talent Development to deliver impactful trainings
• Analyze HR data on retention and experience to recommend improvements

What You’ll Bring

• Postgraduate degree in HR with 9–12 years’ core HRBP experience
• Experience working with an IT Software company or a PSU bank or any Government Regulatory Authority (like NPCI, IRDAI etc) highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with proven ability to influence at all levels
• Analytical mindset with a structured, metrics-driven approach
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience in handling strategic HRBP roles
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
