Qualifications

• 4–8 years of HR recruitment experience, specifically in infrastructure or construction.
• Hands-on sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals.
• Ability to screen candidates based on project requirements, CTC, and notice period.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Coordination with site teams and hiring managers for interview scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for infrastructure, civil construction, and related projects.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, referrals.
• Screen resumes based on construction experience and requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with project teams and HODs.
• Handle salary negotiations, offers, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide hiring updates.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.

SRR Projects Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in infrastructure and construction recruitment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions for civil construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for infrastructure, civil construction, commercial and residential building projects.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle recruitment for Civil Engineers, Site Engineers, Senior Engineers, Project Managers, QS & Billing Engineers, MEP Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, and other construction-related positions.
• Understand project requirements, job descriptions, experience criteria, and site locations.
• Screen resumes based on relevant construction experience, technical skills, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
• Coordinate with project teams, HODs, and hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
• Conduct initial HR screening and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Coordinate salary negotiations, offer releases, and candidate joining follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, interview status reports, and daily/weekly hiring updates.
• Support onboarding coordination and joining formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in HR recruitment, specifically in infrastructure or construction.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction and building project recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Strong coordination skills with site teams and project management teams.

Candidate Preference

• Candidates with recruitment experience in infrastructure, construction, residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects only.
• Immediate to 15 days' notice period preferred.
