Job summary

Barbrik Project is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment for construction and infrastructure projects from Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This role will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants, and will recruit for Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, Billing & Planning, MEP, Electrical, Safety, Surveyors, and staff.

• 2–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, EPC, real estate, or engineering industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Recruit for Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC, Billing & Planning, MEP, Electrical, Safety, Surveyors, and Project Staff.
• Coordinate with Project Heads and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, schedule technical interviews, and coordinate selection.
• Manage offer/LOI, salary negotiation, joining follow-up, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and time-to-hire/closure reports.
• Handle bulk hiring and urgent project manpower requirements.

• Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
