Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and procurement strategies.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities to ensure on-schedule, within-spec projects.
• Evaluate, select, and manage contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience, quality, and cost.
• Monitor progress, KPI tracking, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and statutory requirements.
• Manage all project documentation (contracts, permits, drawings, RFIs, change orders).
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present project updates covering milestones, budgets, risks, and performance.
• Enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace for all personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth execution.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, procurement, budgeting, and contract management.
