• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for junior to mid‑level call centre roles (CSA, QA, TL).
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through job portals, social platforms and internal pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, salary discussions and offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely closures.
• Support onboarding, induction and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in basic HR operations such as attendance, documentation and HR queries.
