Job summary

The Just 4 You is looking for an HR Lead in Uttar Pradesh to manage end-to-end hiring and support key HR functions. You will lead recruitment for mid to senior-level roles and drive employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO hiring, and possess strong sourcing and screening skills. This is a full-time position requiring work from the office.
