• Employee Relations: Handle inquiries and concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
• Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, identify development needs, and facilitate learning opportunities.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and handle documentation.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
• HR Administration: Manage HR databases, maintain employee records, and handle day-to-day HR tasks.
