• Ensure a smooth and seamless employee experience.
• Provide day-to-day operational HR support.
• Manage HR processes including documentation, policy implementation, and compliance.
• Drive and support Performance Management System (PMS) cycles.
• Support HRBP in executing strategic HR initiatives.
• Ensure proactive communication and effective policy implementation.
• Maintain and update HRIS records.
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors (preferred).
