Job summary

Sun Pharma in Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh, is seeking an HR Executive to oversee end-to-end HR processes for the Global Human Resources unit. The role requires 10–12 years of HR experience and an MBA in HR or related field.

The position is full-time and based at the Paonta Sahib plant. The candidate will drive performance management, engagement, organization development, and leadership development initiatives, while handling manpower planning, recruitment, and employee relations for the DF

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or related field preferred.
• 10–12 years of HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate complete cycle of Performance Management system in the plant.
• Drive employee engagement through action plans and execution at the plant.
• Coordinate organization development initiatives and rewards/recognition programs.
• Lead Learning & Development focusing on Leadership and Behavioral training.
• Oversee plant manpower planning and HR budget; recruit against vacancies.
• Manage shop floor grievances resolution and disciplinary actions for habitual cases.
• Liaise with management before authorities under labour laws; coordinate with lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitating organization development initiatives.
• Facilitating & driving Reward and Recognition program.
• Responsible for Learning & Development - Leadership and Behavioural training.
• Responsible for plant manpower planning & HR Budget.
• Facilitating manpower planning of DF manufacturing and initiating recruitment against vacancies/sanctioned positions.
• Responsible for resolution of shop floor grievances.
• Counselling of absent employees and initiating disciplinary action process for habitual cases.
• Representing management before various authorities under various labour laws.
• Facilitating PMS (Operators/Technicians) and facilitating contractors for resolving contract labour union issues/disputes.
• Coordinating with company’s lawyers for various court cases and liaising with various government authorities.
