Human Resources Manager / Lead (India)

Title: HR Manager/Lead (Domestic Staffing - India)

No of positions: 1

Location: Anywhere in India (Remote is OK). Bangalore, Pune, or Ahmedabad are preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time. Open to part-time or freelancing roles if there's a good fit.

• Experience in recruiting for India
• Experience with end-to-end HR operations
• Experience hiring for roles including software, IT, tech, US IT recruiters, internal staff, etc., is highly desired

Job Duties:

• Recruiting suitable talent for Domestic/India and some US staffing as needed
• Handling end-to-end HR operations: recruiting, onboarding, employee management, grievance management, payroll, administration, leave management, off-boarding, third-party employee systems, salary structures, etc.
• Filling software and tech roles per client needs
• Establishing effective recruiting methods for various roles including US IT recruiters, account managers, recruiting managers, and finance positions
• Knowledge of performance appraisal processes
• Implementing employee-friendly benefits and environment
• Managing company media and PR

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources
• MBA (HR) is preferred
• Experience with IT staffing or staff augmentation companies
• Must be a high achiever, persistent, and a people-person
