Exciting opportunity for HR Manager/ Lead (Domestic and USA Staffing - India ) for our IT Staffing / Solutions Division in India, to join one of the fastest growing companies in our space.

Title: HR Manager/ Lead (Domestic Staffing - India)

No of positions: 1

Location: Anywhere in India (Remote is OK) / Bangalore, Pune or Ahmedabad, India is preferred, but not must.

Job Type: Full-time. However, we are open to part-time or freelancing role, if there is good fit.

• Experience in recruiting for India
• Experience with end to end HR operations
• Experience hiring for different roles including software, IT, tech and US IT recruiters, Internal staff etc is strongly desired

Job Duties

• Recruiting mainly the right talent and resources for Domestic/India as well as some US staffing, if needed
• Handling end to end HR operations including but not limited to Recruiting, Onboarding, employee management, Grievance management, Payroll, administration, leave management , Off-boarding, the third party employee system, salaries and its structure etc
• Filling software and tech roles as per client's needs
• Establishing the recruiting method for the right candidate for the right job. Hiring for US IT Recruiters, Account Manager, Recruiting managers, Finance related internal positions
• Having knowledge of performance approval and demonstrating the same.
• Bringing employee friendly benefits and environment.
• Managing and handling Media / PR of the company,

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree with Human Resource
• MBA ( HR ) is preferred and would be a plus
• Experience working with IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation companies
• Must be a competitive high achiever and persistent and should be people-person
