Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and oversee recruiting operations in its India location. You will manage the India recruiting team to ensure delivery for global customers and cultivate a positive office culture aligned with our Shared Values.

The role requires 2+ years of recruiting management, strong English communication, and experience recruiting across IT, health, business ops, and engineering sectors. Flexibility in hours to support different time zones is needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Recruiting Management experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience with proven success.
• Experience recruiting in the US and internationally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience using job boards or recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and/or CareerBuilder.
• Flexible hours may be needed to support customers in different time zones.

Must Haves

• Well versed in IT, health, business operations, and engineering industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word)
• Experience developing and managing recruiters with a proven track record of success
• Experience recruiting in the US and internationally
• Experience using job boards or recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and/or CareerBuilder
• Bachelor's degree or higher
