Job summary

Adentech Pvt. Ltd., a Mumbai-based advertising agency, seeks an experienced HR Generalist to lead people functions. You will run recruitment end to end and define KRAs with department heads across sales, client servicing, creative, digital and production.

You will conduct monthly and quarterly reviews, provide direct feedback, coach leaders on performance gaps, and design performance improvement plans with documented outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years as an HR generalist, with at least 2 years as sole or lead HR in a company of 20 to 100 people.
• Experience handling warning letters, performance improvement plans and terminations.
• Has written KRAs and run review cycles for sales and non-sales roles.
• Working knowledge of Maharashtra labour compliance, POSH, PF and ESI.

Hiring & KRAs

• Run recruitment end to end: sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks and offers
• Write clear KRAs for every role with the department heads, across sales, client servicing, creative, digital and production
• Run monthly and quarterly reviews and make sure they happen on time
• Give direct feedback and coach employees and team leads on performance gaps
• Design and run performance improvement plans, with documented outcomes

Grievances and employee relations

• First point of contact for employee grievances and close each one with a documented outcome
• Investigate complaints fairly, hearing both sides before recommending action
• Keep the CEO informed of people risks early, before they become resignations

Compliance and records

• Compliance checks with Maharashtra Shops and Establishments Act, POSH, PF and ESI
• Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts & Maintain employee files, offer and appointment letters, attendance and leave records

Must have

• 5 to 8 years as an HR generalist, with at least 2 years as the sole or lead HR person in a company of 20 to 100 people
• Has personally handled warning letters, performance improvement plans and terminations
• Has written KRAs and run review cycles for sales and non-sales roles
• Working knowledge of Maharashtra labour compliance, POSH, PF and ESI

Good to have
