Job summary

Trigam Associates in Bengaluru, Karnataka seeks an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. You will coordinate interviews with department heads, draft job descriptions, and post across platforms while maintaining records and HR databases.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR/recruitment experience, MBA/PGDM in HR, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication. Experience with creative/marketing hiring is a plus.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
• 3–5 years HR/recruitment experience, preferably in marketing agency, startup, or F&B/hospitality
• Strong sourcing and screening across job portals and social channels
• Hands-on experience with full recruitment cycle (JD creation to onboarding)
• Working knowledge of HR compliance basics (offer letters, appointment letters, exit formalities)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for HR data tracking
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment
• Prior experience hiring for creative/marketing roles is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR policies, offer letters, and employment documentation
• Support performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and manpower planning
• Handle basic employee grievance resolution and act as HR queries contact
