• Maintain attendance, leave, employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team.
• Support performance reviews, probation reviews and employee development.
• Handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Maintain clear HR policies and support their consistent application.
• Coordinate exits, handovers and recruitment replacements.
• Provide management with recruitment and staffing reports.
