Job summary

Devzin is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions across the organization in New Delhi. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, policy development, employee relations, and lifecycle management.

You will drive performance management, onboarding, training, and compliance while partnering with management on people initiatives to strengthen the workplace culture and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
