A leading manufacturing firm in Gurugram District is seeking a Senior HR Generalist with over 10 years of experience to manage HR operations for a workforce of 300+. The role involves end-to-end HR management, overseeing payroll, compliance, and employee relations, as well as ensuring adherence to labor laws. Ideal candidates should have a strong command of HR policies and experience with HRMS tools. This position is critical in enhancing employee engagement and ensuring a compliant HR environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with KEKA or any HRMS and MS-Excel reporting.

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and legal coordination (labor laws, contracts, PF, ESI, factory act, disciplinary actions, etc.).
