Job summary

You will lead a Plant HR team, design manpower plans, ensure adherence to labour laws, and partner with management to align people strategies with manufacturing goals. The role demands strong IR expertise and decisive leadership in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of industrial relations, labour laws, contract labour management, and manpower planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Experience in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and training.
