Job summary

People Konnect in India is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. You will maintain and enhance HR by planning, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• Experience in GCC, GBS, Shared Services or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance management and HR operations.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing multiple HR priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
• Partner with HR CoEs and shared services teams to ensure effective delivery of HR processes.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are consistently implemented across the assigned business or function. Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational priorities.
