Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years as Human Resource Manager, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, employee relations and compliance.
• Proven experience in people management, talent development, and HR operations.
• Strong leadership and communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to balance business priorities with a people-centric Hyatt values approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring smooth daily HR operations and high service standards.
• Implement Hyatt Corporate HR strategies, policies, and procedures at hotel level.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and employee relations activities.
• Partner with hotel leadership to build people capability and leadership pipeline.
• Support financial objectives through workforce planning, payroll management, and HR budgeting.
• Champion Hyatt Purpose, Values, and Leadership Profile across all departments.
• Act as trusted advisor to management and employees on HR and people matters.
