Intangles, based in Pune, is seeking an HR & Learning & Development Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, and training programs. This role offers hands-on exposure to LMS, ATS, and HRIS tools while contributing to culture initiatives.

You will help coordinate sessions, create training materials, track completion, and assist with vendor research as part of a dynamic HR team in a campus-friendly environment.

Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Keen interest in employee growth, corporate training, and instructional design principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (or Google Workspace equivalent); basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational/event coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), ATS, or HRIS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations across recruitment, onboarding, corporate training, and professional development programs.

  • Assist in creating and updating training decks, quick-reference guides, and e-learning resources.
  • Distribute post-training evaluation surveys, compile feedback, and draft reports.

  • Post open positions on job boards and university portals; screen resumes against requirements.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and update ATS.
  • Support planning and execution of team-building and wellness activities.
  • Draft internal HR communications regarding training programs and HR announcements.

Job Title: HR & Learning & Development (L&D) Intern

Location: Vimanagar,Pune

Department: Human Resources / L&D

Reports To: HR Manager / L&D Specialist

Role Summary

The HR & L&D Intern will support daily operations across recruitment, employee onboarding, corporate training, and professional development programs. This position provides hands-on experience in talent management, training logistics, learning management systems, and organizational culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning & Development (L&D):
  • Coordinate training session logistics, including calendar invites, virtual meeting links, and workshop materials.
  • Assist in creating and updating training decks, quick-reference guides, and e-learning resources.
  • Track employee training completion rates and maintain learning records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Distribute post-training evaluation surveys, compile participant feedback, and draft summary reports.
  • Research external training vendors, industry certifications, and skills development best practices.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Post open positions on job boards, LinkedIn, and university portals.
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications against role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
  • Support the planning and execution of team building, wellness workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Draft internal communications regarding upcoming training programs and HR announcements.
