Job summary

ALOIS Connect seeks a Human Resources Executive - Employee Relations to join our Vadodara team. The role focuses on building strong relationships with consultants, addressing grievances, and driving retention and engagement.

The candidate will liaise between clients and consultants, coordinate with service delivery managers, and help provide an excellent experience for our consultants while supporting retention strategies. This position operates on a US shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent listening skills and patience.
• Previous experience in HR, Business Development, Sales, or Customer Relationship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing consultants.
• Act as a liaison between the client and consultants to ensure client satisfaction and adjust strategies as needed.
• Lead efforts to increase retention and consultant engagement.
• Resolve and address questions and concerns from consultants through calls and emails.
• Handle grievances and provide coaching to consultants to avoid terminations.
• Work with service delivery managers to remarket our resources finishing current assignments.
• Generate business leads, referrals and opportunities by networking with consultants and leveraging received leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent ALOIS experience for consultants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a liaison between the client and consultants to ensure client satisfaction and adjust strategies as needed.
• Lead efforts to increase retention and consultant engagement.
• Resolve and address questions and concerns from consultants through calls and emails.
• Handle Grievances and provide coaching to consultants to avoid terminations.
• Work with the service delivery managers to Re-market our resources who are finishing current assignments.
• Generate business leads, referrals and business opportunities by networking with the consultants. Work with the service delivery managers to leverage on the received leads and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent ALOIS experience for consultants.
