Job summary

Q1 Technologies in India seeks an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end employee life cycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and separation.

The role involves coordinating joining formalities, background verifications, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering engagement to boost morale and productivity. Night shifts (7:00 PM–4:00 AM IST) may be required in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist role or similar (BPO/Call Centre).
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, engagement, onboarding, and background verification.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM IST - 4:00 AM IST).
