Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, Payroll and overall HR function. The role involves supporting employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating performance reviews, and assisting with engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will help implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and recruitment activities. The person in this role will also contribute to creating a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with Digital Tokri’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including handling the full employee lifecycle.
• Experience with HR Operations, such as onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and managing HRMS tools.
• Capability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, counseling, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with relevant labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented approach, with proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software.
• Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced environment is preferred but not mandatory.
