Job summary

Envision Overseas Education Consultants is seeking a Human Resources Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role focuses on recruitment primarily, with about 30% of time spent on daily HR operations, records, onboarding/exits, and ensuring policy and legal compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 0–5 years HR experience, strong communication, and a solid foundation in HR documentation and HRIS tools.

Qualifications

• 0 to 5 years experience in HR, with practical experience in HR Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Ability to manage and implement HR Policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.
• Experience in Employee Relations, including handling grievances, supporting employee engagement, and promoting a respectful workplace.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in HR documentation and basic HR software or HRIS tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prioexperience in an education or consulting environment is beneficial, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, student-focused organization.
