Job summary

EZO Technologies in Navi Mumbai is seeking an energetic Bulk Hiring Recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment for Sales, BPO, and customer support. You will source candidates from portals and drives, conduct telephonic screening, and coordinate interviews to meet daily and monthly hiring targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment for Sales, BPO, Customer Support and other high-volume positions.
• Source candidates through portals, referrals, social media and drives.
• Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and walk-ins.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Coordinate offer release, acceptance, joining and onboarding.
• Minimize candidate dropout and improve offer-to-joining conversion.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and daily performance reports.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and operations for manpower needs.
• Participate in job fairs, walk-in drives and bulk hiring campaigns.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Achieve defined L1, L2, Offer, Joined and Active Day 3 targets.

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Bulk Hiring Recruiter who can manage high-volume recruitment and deliver quality candidates within defined timelines. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, and offer-to-joining conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment for Sales, BPO, Customer Support and other high-volume positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media, databases and recruitment drives.
• Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and walk-ins.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
• Follow up with selected candidates regularly until joining.
• Manage offer release, offer acceptance, joining and onboarding coordination.
• Minimize candidate dropouts and improve offer-to-joining conversion.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and daily performance reports.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams for manpower requirements.
• Participate in job fairs, walk-in drives and bulk hiring campaigns.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve defined L1, L2, Offer, Joined and Active Day 3 targets.
