Brandwise Events & Experience in Chennai seeks a Human Resources Executive for a full-time, on-site role. You will manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and HR records maintenance to support a fast-paced events environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, with strong communication and organizational skills, and experience (or interest) in events, marketing, or hospitality sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in events, marketing, or hospitality is beneficial.

Role Description: The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support overall people strategies and processes.
• Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR documentation, and HRIS or HR-related systems.
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
• Ability to understand, implement, and maintain HR Policies, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced events and experiential marketing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in the events, marketing, or hospitality industry is beneficial.
