Preferred Experience

• Social and customer compliance audits (SMETA, Walmart, Higg FEM/FSLM, Cole Haan, UNIQLO, Brands' COC Audits, CTPAT, etc.)
• Legal and statutory compliance
• Audit documentation, CAP closure, and stakeholder coordination
• Employee awareness programs and internal audits
• Planning and conducting employee training and development programs

Preferred Industries

Leather, Footwear, Garment, or related manufacturing sectors.
