Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency in Amritsar, Punjab is seeking an HR Compliance Specialist to oversee all compliance activities in a garment manufacturing unit. You will align payroll processes using BUSY software, draft and enforce policies, and ensure adherence to labor laws and the Factories Act.

The role requires strong organizational and documentation skills, fluency in English and Hindi, and the ability to provide practical solutions for compliance, EHS, and record management to meet year-end

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all compliance-related areas are fully addressed by the year-end

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR compliance, particularly in the garment manufacturing industry
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and the Factories Act
• Experience in using payroll software, preferably BUSY
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to draft and execute policies and procedures
• Cost-effective problem-solving skills
