Job summary

NIIT is hiring an HRBP Associate to support the HR Business Partner team across HR analytics, MIS reporting, executive presentations, employee engagement, and HR operations.

The role involves maintaining HR MIS dashboards, data analysis on headcount and engagement, and creating leadership presentations. PwD candidates are encouraged to apply and you will coordinate town halls and engagement campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 0–2 years in HR Operations, MIS, HRBP support, or related area.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data visualization).
• Strong MS PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Exposure to HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, or Workday is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers.

• Create PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and town halls.
• Convert HR data into charts, presentations, and actionable summaries.

• Assist with onboarding, probation reviews, and performance management.

• Assist HRBPs with employee queries related to HR policies and engagement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR Operations, MIS, HRBP support, or a related area.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data visualization.
• Strong MS PowerPoint and presentation skills.

• Good communication, organization, and attention to detail.
