Job summary

NIIT is seeking an HRBP Associate to support the HR Business Partner team across HR analytics, MIS reporting, employee engagement, presentations, and HR operations. This role is exclusively open to PwD candidates and is based in Gurgaon, working from the office.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or HRBP support, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with HRIS platforms. The position is full-time and permanent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP Support, HR MIS, or Employee Engagement.
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis) and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and employee data.
• Prepare reports related to headcount, engagement, and HR metrics.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, business reviews, and town halls.
• Support onboarding, performance reviews, and exit coordination.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

HR Analytics & MIS

• Maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and employee data.
• Prepare reports related to headcount, engagement, and HR metrics.
• Analyze HR data and present key insights.

Presentation & Communication

• Create PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, business reviews, and town halls.
• Convert HR data into meaningful charts, dashboards, and summaries.
• Support HR communication and engagement initiatives.

Employee Engagement

• Support employee engagement activities, cultural events, team-building initiatives, and wellness programs.
• Coordinate town halls and Rewards & Recognition activities.
• Support employee feedback initiatives and engagement action plans.

HR Operations / HRBP Support

• Support onboarding, probation reviews, performance management, and exit coordination.
• Assist HRBPs with employee queries related to HR policies and engagement activities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP Support, HR MIS, or Employee Engagement.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
• Strong MS PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with HR data.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, or other HRIS platforms will be an added advantage.
