Job summary

NIIT is seeking an HRBP Associate for a Gurgaon-based Hybrid role, exclusive for PwD candidates. You will join the HR Business Partner team to drive analytics, MIS reporting, employee engagement, and data-driven HR operations across multiple functions.

You will support the preparation of management presentations, assist in workforce planning, and ensure accurate HR data handling with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP Support, HR MIS, or Employee Engagement.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
• Strong MS PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with HR data.
