Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counselling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
Organising appropriate interview schedules as requested
Updating personal employee records by saving relevant documentation or updating attached systems
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Maintain team member records (attendance) according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Administer payroll and maintain team member records
Creating and approving job descriptions and Advertisements
Conduct new employee orientations and complete the onboarding process
Process paperwork
Handling all insurance policy work
Verifying monthly expenses for all employees
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries
Helping with various arrangements internally
Keeping a record of stationery and other orders in the office
Qualifications
