Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through portals, social media, referrals and campus hiring.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews; maintain recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate wellness programs and learning activities.
• Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports; analyse data for insights.
• Track HR metrics: Recruitment TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, attrition, headcount, diversity.

Talent Acquisition

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.

Employee Engagement

• Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate wellness programs, celebrations, and learning activities.
• Assist in employee communication and feedback collection.

HR Analytics & MIS

• Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Track key HR metrics, including:
