Job summary

Tata Technologies Ltd. is seeking an HR professional with 3-5 years of experience in Employee Life Cycle Management to join our HR Operations team.

The role focuses on managing onboarding, offboarding, performance management, rewards and recognition, and development activities within a Shared Services model. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM in HR/IR and strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (RTR, PMS, LMS) as well as proficiency with ServiceNow for incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end Employee Life Cycle Management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll-related data handling.
• Experience with SuccessFactors RTR, PMS, LMS modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, performance management, rewards & recognition, training & development.
• Ensure accurate data management in SuccessFactors.
• Provide customer service to employees by resolving payroll-related queries (Hire To Retire) using Shared Services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HR policies and procedures.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee life cycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, performance management, rewards & recognition, training & development.
  
• Ensure accurate data management through effective employee data maintenance in SuccessFactors.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees by resolving their queries related to payroll processing (Hire To Retire) using Shared Services model.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
  
• Analyze metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in Employee Life Cycle Management.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors module including Recruitment-to-Retirement (RTR), Performance Management System (PMS), Learning Management System (LMS).
  
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ticketing system for incident resolution.
