Job summary

ETERNAL is hiring a Recruitment Specialist in Gujarat, focused on end-to-end recruitment for quick commerce and logistics roles. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while handling bulk hiring for dark stores and fulfillment centers.

The role requires hands-on experience in high-volume hiring, excellent communication in regional languages and English, and a proven track record of meeting aggressive targets. On-site work in Ahmedabad district.

Qualifications

• 1 to 6 years of proven experience in recruitment, ideally within Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Logistics, Retail industries.
• Strong hands-on experience in high-volume, bulk, or field hiring with a track record of meeting aggressive daily/weekly targets.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both regional languages and English

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• High-Volume & Bulk Sourcing: Execute bulk hiring strategies for dark stores and fulfillment centers, including Store Associates, Pickers, Packers, Auditors etc.
• Diverse Sourcing Channels: Utilize job portals, social media platforms, local community sourcing, employee referrals, and field recruitment drives to maintain a steady pipeline of active candidates.
• Vendor & Agency Management: Coordinate with external manpower agencies and third-party staffing vendors to ensure prompt supply of frontline workforce during demand spikes.
• Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate smooth digital and physical onboarding experiences to minimize early attrition and improve first-day joining ratios.
