Job summary

Warner Electronic is seeking a capable recruiter to partner with managers to define role requirements, post openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.

You will manage the end-to-end hiring process from job description to onboarding, leveraging ATS tools and maintaining candidate relationships to fill roles efficiently in our Maharashtra operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Experience: 1–3+ years in corporate or agency recruiting.
• Soft skills: strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, time management.
• Technical: familiarity with ATS and HR databases.

• Sourcing: Post openings on job boards, social networks, and professional sites like LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
• Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings.
• Interviewing: Coordinate panel rounds and administer skills tests.
• Offering: Negotiate salary packages and finalize employment terms.
• Onboarding: Assist new hires with paperwork and orientation.
