• Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate interview processes.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Coordinate offer roll-out, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update the ATS and candidate database.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Post job openings on portals and social media.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Verify candidate documents and employment details.
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring status reports, and MIS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities and new employee documentation.
• Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
