Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive Generalist & Talent Acquisition to oversee end-to-end hiring and core HR operations.

You will support the full employee lifecycle—from sourcing and interviews to onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR coordination. Key duties include sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding, HR documentation, HRIS updates, employee engagement, and maintaining recruitment trackers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR experience in TA and Generalist roles.
• Experience with onboarding, HR documentation, and HRIS would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
