Job summary

Star Services Llc in Kochi, Kerala, India, is hiring a recruiter to source and manage UAE client requirements in close coordination with the UAE recruitment team.

• Coordinate candidates with HR for documentation till offer.
• Receive and interpret UAE client job descriptions and manpower requirements.

Source, screen and manage hiring requirements (direct hire and outsource) for UAE client requirements in close coordination with the UAE recruitment team.

• Receive and interpret UAE client job descriptions and manpower requirements before sourcing.
• Source through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, internal databases, referrals, professional networks and targeted headhunting.
• Use Boolean search and structured CV/database search techniques to identify technically relevant profiles.
• Conduct initial telephone/online screening covering technical fit, experience, availability, location, compensation and mobility.
• Prepare quality shortlists and coordinate interviews with UAE Head Office and clients.
• Maintain ATS records, recruitment trackers and candidate status updates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Coordinate selected candidates with HR for documentation till offer acceptance.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-6 years recruitment experience, ideally in UAE/GCC recruitment, staffing, manpower, EPC, oil & gas, IT or industrial sectors.
• Engineering or other technical background or experience strongly preferred.
