Job summary

Toysmith Corporation in Haryana is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring. You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews and participate in salary negotiations to close offers.

You will coordinate with HODs, maintain recruitment MIS, track timelines and ensure joining formalities are completed. Knowledge of multiple channels like Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals will help you build a strong pipeline.
