Job summary

HDFC Life is seeking a Human Resource Recruiter to support our hiring efforts on a contractual basis. Location is flexible as per business need, and the role requires about 1 year of recruitment experience.

You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and drive the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout. You will maintain candidate trackers, generate daily reports, support onboarding, and build pipelines for critical roles

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruitment experience is required.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
