Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Candidate Identification:

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other creative methods.
• Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates, presenting opportunities and assessing their interest.

Candidate Screening and Evaluation:

• Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Administer pre-employment assessments and tests as necessary.

Interview Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate for f2f interviews with the stake holder and the client, aligning with the availability of candidates and interview panel members.
• Communicate interview logistics and details to candidates, ensuring a smooth experience.

• Shift Timing: 09:30 AM-6:30 PM
• Working Days: 6 Days
• Work Mode: Work from office
