Job summary

Rapid Care in Chennai is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for RCM profiles such as Medical Coding and Medical Billing. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will also handle salary discussions, offers, joining follow-ups, and maintain trackers to close requirements on time while building a robust candidate pipeline for future needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source and follow up on candidates.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficient with MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Capable of managing multiple requirements with targets.
