Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in talent acquisition, ideally within US healthcare staffing.
• Domain knowledge of US healthcare medical billing, AR calling, and insurance terms.
• Clear verbal and written English to communicate with candidates and foreign clients.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Excel.
