Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates and schedule walkthroughs.
• Negotiate salary expectations and discuss joining dates with selected candidates.
• Release offer letters and facilitate onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover to the onboarding team.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and daily hiring reports.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to end recruitment process for various departments, including Sales, Franchise Operations, Production, and Corporate Functions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to close positions within the stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and hiring managers.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct walk-in interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
• Manage recruitment for sales, business development, franchise operations, production, and corporate positions.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies based on hiring targets and business requirements.
• Negotiate salary expectations and discuss joining dates with selected candidates.
• Release offer letters and coordinate with candidates until they join the organization.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback, and daily hiring reports.
• Follow up with selected candidates to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
• Coordinate with the Learning & Development team for new-joiner training schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation and a smooth handover of candidates to the onboarding team.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

• Knowledge of Telugu will be an added advantage for regional recruitment.
