Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for banking roles across PAN India. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, handle offers, and ensure timely closures while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Operating within the Human Resources - Talent Acquisition team, you will collaborate with stakeholders, manage documentation and background verification, and build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and offers within compensation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements from business stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other hiring channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
• Manage candidate documentation and background verification requirements.
• Conduct salary discussions and negotiate offers within approved compensation guidelines.
• Track recruitment progress and maintain recruitment MIS reports.
• Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined TAT.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
