Job summary

bigbasket in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Blue Collar Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for Picker & Packer roles and other warehouse positions. You will source candidates via portals, referrals, and field drives, screen according to criteria, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will maintain a strong candidate pipeline, drive local recruitment campaigns, and ensure smooth joining and onboarding processes. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.
