Job summary

Growth For Impact in India is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for warehouse and logistics operations. You will understand manpower requirements from operations teams and close roles within defined timelines.

You will source candidates via job portals, referrals, social media, and local channels; handle bulk hiring; screen on experience, location, and salary; coordinate interviews; and build a local talent pool to support recurring needs alongside operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably in Logistics, E‑commerce, Quick Commerce, Warehousing, 3PL, or Supply Chain.
• Proven experience in hiring warehouse and logistics manpower.
• Good understanding of warehouse and last‑mile logistics operations.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on multiple positions and locations simultaneously.
• Strong follow‑up skills with a result‑oriented approach.
• Working knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms.

• Coordinate telephonic and in‑person interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring warehouse and logistics requirements.
• Hire profiles such as Warehouse In‑Charge, Warehouse Supervisor, Pickup/Dispatch Supervisor, Warehouse Executive, Inventory Executive, Picker/Packer, Hub Executive, Hub Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, and Delivery Operations roles.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the selection, documentation, offer, and joining process.
• Track offer‑to‑join conversion and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Develop local talent pools around warehouse, hub, dark store, and logistics locations.
• Work closely with operations teams to understand shift requirements, manpower challenges, and hiring priorities.
